Since some time, I tried to use another machine which has been updated to Sarge, but the X session was quite unusable : the latency was very high (I can see how each widget of a window is displayed !), especially when moving the mouse cursor from one window to another (I use the 'pointerFocus' focus policy). I thought of a network problem, a NFS problem, but I finally found that using another theme (like blueCrux), it works fine (it's not as fast as using X11 server of the machine, but it's usable like the Woody version) !! Looking for the problem, I copied the twilite theme in my private .icewm dir to do some tries, and eventually found that copying frame* files from blueCrux to twilite theme solves the problem !
