Package: gstreamer1.0-plugins-base
Version: 1.10.4-1
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
When I tried to upgrade the package I see that error:
gstreamer1.0-plugins-base:amd64 (1.12.2-1) over (1.10.4-1) ...
dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/gstreamer1.0-plugins-
base_1.12.2-1_amd64.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-
gnu/gstreamer-1.0/libgstrawparse.so', which is also in package
gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad:amd64 1:1.10.4-dmo2
I can't remove gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad package because dpkg suggests me to
remove thousand of basic packages with it.

You're using packages from Debian Multimedia (see the dmo in the
version number), and that one is broken and conflicts with the official
Debian packages.
Please complain to them or install gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad from Debian
directly.
