Running Debian Sarge, man xfs_info opens the man file for xfs_growfs instead.
man xfs_growfs opens correctly.

This is correct and expected behaviour - both tools share the
same man page (xfs_info is just a shell script wrapper around
xfs_growfs).
This is fairly common practice in the fun-filled world of man
pages - see also quotaon/quotaoff, pread/pwrite, and numerous
other examples.
cheers.
