Dear Maintainer,
please demote the dependencies of mdadm, gdisk etc to recommendations.
mdadm, gdisk and so on can be recommended, depend on them is much to hard.
apt purge gdisk

The following packages will be REMOVED:
gdisk* gvfs* gvfs-daemons* libblockdev-part-dev* libblockdev-part2* udisks2*
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 6 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
After this operation, 3.984 kB disk space will be freed.
Do you want to continue? [Y/n] N

Well, if you check the individual modules, you'll see that they require
the command line tools. So no, a Depends is correct here and demoting to
Recommends would be a bug. The modules will also fail hard if those
command line tools are missing, see #873748
