Thank you for the bug report, which has been closed.

Fortunately it was never uploaded.
In summary the situation reported does not exist within the Debian
archive because the build/version the report is made against (0.32.1-1)
was never uploaded to the main Debian archive.
The current package version 0.36.18-1 does not contain the problem
reported either within it, or in relation to any previous version of
sisu that are found within the Debian archive.
NB. The problem did exist in the package version the bug is reported
against (0.32.1-1) but this did not reach the Debian repository and
none of the packages built in this way ended up in the Debian archive.
