A consequence is that data that have not been saved yet (e.g. in forms) are lost. This is always reproducible with the following steps (note that I'm using "focus follows mouse"): 1. Rename the ".mozilla" directory to start with a fresh profile. 2. Start iceweasel. The current page is "about:home". 3. Select "File" → "Save Page As..." (the "Save As" dialog opens). 4. The second part of the bug was due to incorrect configuration of my window manager.
