Package: arp-scan
Version: 1.8.1-2
Severity: minor

Hi!

It's not possible to run arp-scan as a normal user (without using suid):

=====
$ arp-scan
pcap_lookupdev: no suitable device found
$ arp-scan -I eth0
You need to be root, or arp-scan must be SUID root, to open a link-layer socket.
link_open: Operation not permitted
=====

It should be moved to /usr/sbin (and not be installed at /usr/bin)

Thank you!

Best regards,
Nelson
