The default timeout for the textclock widget is 60 seconds.
If awesome is started at hh:mm:42, then the clock will display hh:mm until
hh:mm+1:42. It should instead change at hh:mm+1:00.
I think it should timeout when time % timeout == 0, whatever timeout is.
