For debugging purposes, during the initial report, I had disabled IPv6;
but I forgot to paste some lines in the initial report. That's why ping6
fails.

My thought lastweek was that, aptitude seemed to only try IPv6, and that
an IPv6 issue could lead to critical error if aptitude does not try v4 at
all. Re-read the full paste of the second part of my initial report,
aptitude only complains about IPv6 issues. It never mentions trying IPv4.

Right now, I am trying to repro the issue:

# aptitude remove f2fs-tools
# rm /var/cache/apt/archives/*
# echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/eth0/disable_ipv6
# aptitude install f2fs-tools
... and it worked fine.

So, I think that what happened last week was a temporary name resolution
problem, or a raspbian mirror was down for a few hours, and everything is
back now.

=> CAN'T REPRO.
