As libpng12 will be removed soon, please update your BD to only specify
libpng-dev
(currently it is listing libpng12-dev as an alternative)
The alternative is already today a NOOP, as libpng-dev was provided by
libpng12-dev since several releases, so this change is also bpo safe today.
