If you from the start rename the 'default' instance, then the postint
fails with:
touch: cannot touch '/usr/share/redmine/tmp/restart.txt': No such file
or directory
This touch is done at the end of the postinst. /usr/share/redmine/tmp is
a symlink to /var/lib/redmine/default/tmp, but the parent directory is
never created because the 'default' instance was disabled.
I think we should touch in all instances tmp directories, which would
also solve non-default instances not being restarted.
Leaving this in a BR until I have time to code this.
