Hi,

According to the web page at http://www.mediatomb.cc/ the development of
mediatomb has been dropped.

Nevertheless a Fork has been creatad and is developed now under the name
Gerbera. According to their web page http://gerbera.io/ they switched to
upstream libupnp. So some of the grave issues could have been solved, now.
