Package: mediatomb
Version: 0.12.1-5
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
I've installed debian Jessie on a i686 (old) server. Everything seems to
works great, except for mediatomb.
It starts when it's first installed, but stops when i add a media folder
through the ui (either inotify or timed updated folder).
There are no error/warn messages in the logs.
It works well if i use the wheezy version.
I used gdb to see if there is any stack trace upon exit, and it mention :
Program received signal SIGILL, Illegal instruction.

fichier ou dossier de ce type.
There seems to be the same problem with minidlna, but i was unable to
trace it with gdb.

Hi,
I think this bug is an instance of this bug in libav:
#783082
video players using libav crash with 'illegal instruction' on i586
This was fixed in jessie some time ago.
Please reply to the bug if this is still an issue.
Thanks,
James
