Debian Policy §4.9 “Main building script: debian/rules” recommends
implementing the ‘get-orig-source’ target for fetching an upstream source
tarball for the package.
Since ‘comixcursors’ does not use ‘uscan(1)’, it should implement the
‘get-orig-source’ target to automate obtaining the upstream source tarball.
