during a test with piuparts I noticed your package ships a dangling
symlink:
/usr/share/doc/r-bioc-iranges/RleTricks.pdf ->
../../../lib/R/site-library/IRanges/doc/RleTricks.pdf
The target /usr/lib/R/site-library/IRanges/doc/RleTricks.pdf is no longer
shipped in the package in stretch, but it existed in jessie.
