On one particular host, I regularly get the above error message.
I would assume that it has something to do with the nullmailer spool, which has
the following permissions:
$ LC_ALL=C sudo ls -AlR /var/spool/nullmailer/

However, the exact same permissions work fine on another host. Basically, the
