The rxvt binary would be better to install in /usr/bin/X11/rxvt rather than
in /usr/bin.
Rationale
Files for the X windowing system should not be intermixed with files that are
part of the base system. This allows the X windowing system components to be
easily removed simply by deleting the holding directories, enabling the base
system to remain operational.
