Please allow the master to bind to multiple sockets, including IPv6
sockets.

Please allow the minions to talk to the master using IPv6, meaning
that the hostname should be resolved according to /etc/gai.conf and
an IPv6 connection established if such is the preference.

IPv6 support was added to salt in 2013 (in version 0.13.0 or later, but
at least in 2014.1).
