Dear Maintainer,
After installing sanlock and configuring lvm2 to use it, I attempted
to create a volume group and receive the following error:
charlie@kvm01:~$ sudo vgcreate --shared vg1 /dev/sdb
Enabling sanlock global lock
Logical volume "lvmlock" created.
VG vg1 init failed: invalid parameters for sanlock
Failed to initialize lock args for lock type sanlock
Volume group "vg1" successfully removed
The log shows the following:

error -19 trying to get align size of /dev/mapper/vg1-lvmlock

After some investigation, I discovered that the sanlock user is not a
member of the disk group by default, causing the error above.
This can be resolved by the user by adding the sanlock user to the disk
group and restarting sanlock.
I believe that this step should be automated by default.
