Dear maintainer,
Somewhere in the upgrade of Tcl/Tk 8.6, BLT got binary incompatible and
skycat (which uses BLT) crashes on start. Simply recompiling BLT helps here.
Due to the age of the binary package (last upload: 12/2015), it may be
worth to update the package to the newest Standards-Version instead of
just a binNMU.
