I would like to close this bug since upstream doesn't provide them,
and it makes nonsense to just provide one within Debian, as a working
upstream building script will not depend on such non-existing file.

If you have a second opinion, feel free to reopen/comment on it, or
you could directly file a issue to the upstream project asking them to
add one.
