libmysqlclient15off has the same package description as does
libmysqlclient15. It would be great if you could include a short description
about what is different with libmysqlclient15off.

libmysqlclient15 will vanish soon. There were binary incompatibilities that
forced us to rename the package to make sure no package uses libmysqlclient15
any more...
