Linphone packaging currently (possibly only in unreleased HEAD) has
commented out build-dependency on libsrtp-dev with a comment that a
newer version is needed.  That's true, but upstream autotools probing
gracefully skips use of a too old library.

Please build-depend on libsrtp-dev - even though currently unused:  Then
when libsrtp package is (soon, I expect) updated, enabling it in
linphone requires only a binNMU.
