dhex fails to cross build from source, because running strip fails.
Operating on host architecture elf objects with a build architecture
strip doesn't work. Stripping during install also breaks the creation of
-dbgsym packages. The best solution is to simply not strip (and let
dh_strip handle that instead). After doing so, dhex cross builds
successfully. Please consider applying the attached patch.
