The news entry says you should not be setting ulimit -v. I recommend
trying to figure out where that is set and remove it.

My understanding is that setting ulimit -v will also break Java apps.

I am going to go ahead and close this bug since this is not a bug in
gnome-control-center and it is an intentional security feature in
webkit2gtk.
