It would be nice if you could pass buttonspecs to imwheel that involve
buttons with numbers > 9.

Perhaps add a -B that parses buttonspecs and separates the button
numbers with commas, instead of assuming that each is a single
character. Old configurations would still use -b, so there wouldn't be
any backwards incompatability.
