>From version 7.0-1 urxvt-unicode forget to load the configuration
settings from /etc/X11/app-defaults/URxvt .
I read the documentation, but setting the TERM flag to rxvt or
rxvt-unicode won't help.
In the changelog is an interesting line:
"- removed support for locale-specific app-defaults file."
So I tried running urxvt with LANG=C, but it didn't help.
