poedit fails to cross build from source, because it uses a broken,
outdated, embedded copy of AX_BOOST_BASE (admin/ax_boost_base.m4). The
copy is affected by #872256 and the problem is described in that bug
report.
Please consider removing the embedded copy as recommended by the Debian
policy. Alternatively, please update it to fix your copy of #872256 and
get your copy registered at https://wiki.debian.org/EmbeddedCodeCopies.
This bug report comes without a patch, because the actual bug is already
fixed.
