Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that pyraf could not be built reproducibly.

This is because it installs random cache files under at, for
example:

  
/usr/​lib/​python2.​7/​dist-​packages/​pyraf/​clcache.​v2/​peHMUQgAPVjvymGi0Huk+​w==
