Hi,
during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to remove some
diversions after upgrading from wheezy-backports and removing the package
afterwards.
Filing this as important as having a piuparts clean archive is a release
goal since lenny.
>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):
0m18.5s ERROR: FAIL: Installed diversions (dpkg-divert) not removed by purge:
diversion of /usr/share/man/man1/dh_python3.1.gz to
/usr/share/man/man1/dh_python3.real.1.gz by dh-python
diversion of /usr/share/man/man1/dh_python2.1.gz to
/usr/share/man/man1/dh_python2.real.1.gz by dh-python
diversion of /usr/bin/dh_python2 to /usr/bin/dh_python2.real by dh-python
diversion of /usr/bin/dh_python3 to /usr/bin/dh_python3.real by dh-python
The test did the following:
setup minimal wheezy chroot
enable wheezy-backports
install $package/wheezy-backports
distupgrade wheezy
remove $package
purge $package
This should be fixed in both wheezy-backports (postrm remove) and
sid (postinst).
cheers,
Andreas
