Package: owncloud-client
Version: 2.4.1+dfsg-1.1
Severity: normal
Hi.
owncloud-client currently won't store passwords on my XFCE desktop on
testing, displaying :
"could not open wallet: other; failed to execute program org.kde.kwalletd: no
such file or firectory"
Upstream seem to suggest in
https://github.com/owncloud/client/issues/6455 that it depends on
libgnome-keyring0 to do so, but this in turn was removed from testing.
I fear the dependency was missing, but there's in the end a
release-critical issue here : as per
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=892359 a dependency on
libgnome-keyring is problematic and needs some rewrite upstream.
I'd welcome the maintainers opinion on this.
In the meantime, installing libgnome-keyring0 from unstable solves the
issue.
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
