Package: gimp
Version: 2.8.16-1+b1
Severity: grave
Justification: causes non-serious data loss

Dear Maintainer,

While on a normal usage of Gimp sometimes it crashes losing all unsaved
progress. Apparently this happens after pressing the Caps Lock key, but not
always.

Here's the output of when the issue happens:

This is believed to have been fixed upstream in gtk+2.0 version 2.24.31,
available in Debian 9 'stretch' and later.
