Package: logrotate
Version: 3.2

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
error: :9 duplicate log entry for /var/log/foo/bar.log

The file has two entries:

    /var/log/foo/*.log

followed by

         /var/log/foo/bar.log

The man page reads:

       Each configuration file can set
global options (local definitions override global ones,
and later definitions override earlier ones) and specify a
       logfile to rotate.

so this seems to be a valid configuration. Either the man page is
wrong or the error message.
