I am using the stock Debian 7 install at Linode.com, and followed the
directions at https://wiki.debian.org/JavaPackage. Here is what I get:

Which they essentially say they won't fix. I tried the suggestion in one of
the comments at that bug to use fakeroot-ng, and here is what I got:

This bug was reported on Debian 7, which is not supported anymore.
There has not been any activity on this bug for 3,5 years.
