Package: libdb2-utils
Version: unavailable; reported 2003-06-23
Severity: wishlist
I'd like to propose this package provides db2.X_recover instead of db_recover,
similar to how the later db version do.
A lot of DB related problems are caused by using the wrong version of
db-recover with the wrong version of a database, because it is unclear that
there is a version different between db4.1_recover (etc) and db_recover. Naming
the utility a specific version would remove than ambiguity.

db2 has been removed from the Debian archive because it's old and
buggy. Please use db4.3 or higher.
