Package: krb4
Severity: minor

Hi,

building with woody's dbs gives the following error message when
executing debian/scripts/autotools:

> [32/[EMAIL PROTECTED] woody]:~/krb4/krb4-1.2.2$ bash -x
> debian/scripts/autotools
> + upstream_version=1.2.2
> + rm -f debian/patches/030_autotools
> + dbs-edit-patch 030_autotools
> Cannot find directory

running the autotools script is not part of the normal building
process, so a strict versioned Build-Dependency would probably be
overkill, but there might be other things broken with the woody dbs as
well.

Greetings
Marc

The kerberos4 packages have been removed from Debian unstable.
According to http://bugs.debian.org/358480

Mikael> I'm not maintaining it and I think that all kerberos4
Mikael> support should be removed from debian because it's
Mikael> unsecure and the kerberos4kth packages should be removed
Mikael> from future versions of debian. If you have any discussion
Mikael> with the mit krb maintainer you can let him know my point
Mikael> of view and do anything you want with the kerberos4kth
    Mikael> package you want.

It also is obsolete and has release critical bugs.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
