Package: mail-notification-evolution
Version: 5.4.dfsg.1-6+b1
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
I am running evolution_3.4.4-3_amd64 and attempting to monitor my evolution
inboxes using mail-notification.
To add an Evolution Mailbox monitor:
1. Open the Mail Notification properties with 'mail-notification -p'.
2. Click 'Add' below the Mailbox List.
3. Select 'Evolution' as the Mailbox Type.
At this point, I should be able to select a folder in Evolution to monitor,
however none are displayed. Consequently, the 'Add' button is inaccessible and
it is impossible to add the mailbox.
I suspect that the recent update to Evolution 3.4 broke mail-notification and
that it needs to be rebuilt against the new version. According to the
changelog (2012-06-19), mail-notification supports building against Evolution
3.4.
Other Information:
- 'Jean-Yves Lefort's Mail Notification' plugin is enabled in Evolution.
- Apart from GTK theme warnings, there is no output to the command line.
Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide.
Thank you,
~John Lang
