Please remove mail-notification — it relies on GNOME libraries which
won’t ship with Buster, and is highly unlikely to be ported to their
replacements. (I’m upstream; if it does get ported, it can go through
NEW again, but in the mean time it’s better to stop kidding myself and
the package’s users.)
