Hello,

jmacs seems to think that a file is unchanged after an Undo, and thus a
^X^C (or C-x C-c) would exit without saving the changed file.

Please try to see if you can reproduce this:

  1. $ jmacs /tmp/test-joe

  2. Enter "This is a test.", but *don't* press enter at the end of the
     line.

  3. Press C-x C-s, which saves the file.

  4. Now, press C-_ to undo. Depending on how you typed the line
<grin>, the entire line or part of the line should disappear.
Notice that the "*" asterisk (indicating changes) does not appear
     in the top status line.

  5. Press C-x C-c to save and exit. Notice how it says
"File /tmp/test-joe not changed so no update needed."

Note that this bug does not exhibit itself if the undo includes a
newline. If the cursor ends up on a different line after you press
C-_, jmacs correctly notice the change compared to the saved version on
disk.

Thanks,

Anthony
