Package: joe
Version: 3.1-0.2
Severity: normal

'-marking' option in joe 3.1 doesn't work well (at least when
invoking the editor as 'jmacs'). The purpose of this option is to
highlight the block being selected (with Ctrl-Space). However, trying
to delete it (Ctrl-W) shows the message 'No block' as if there were no
block selected (and so the selected block is not deleted). Now,
pressing again Ctrl-Space to select a new block and cutting it with
Ctrl-W DOES work, but the block is no longer highlighted.

I've reproduced this with this version, but it's fixed in 3.3.

Thanks for the report.
