There's no longer any blockers for moving the package from sid to testing.
I am closing this bug now.
The package will move within a couple of days.

It just says this:

Too young, only 2 of 5 days old
Piuparts tested OK - https://piuparts.debian.org/sid/source/b/bibletime.html

Which implies it's going to move ASAP.
