Ironically, the python policy in the python3 package doesn't even
mention the existance of python3 or python versions >=3.
The version of python policy (0.4.1.0) in the python3 package is an
older version than the version of python policy (0.10.1.1) shipped in
python 2.7.13-2 in stretch.
This older version also appears at:
https://www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/python-policy/index.html
I'm not sure if that is automatically generated from the package or
what. If there's some other more canonical location of python policy,
it would be good to know where it is.
