Hi,
on behalf of the team - php-mcrypt was removed from PHP as it depends
on the libmcrypt - a crypto library last updated in 2007 (shivers).
php-crypt-chap is the last thing that needs to be removed to cleanup
php-mcrypt cruft, so please do remove the package.
