A recent upload of julia have migrated to a newer version of llvm, but unfortunately it FTBFS on mips64el. >From the buildds, it appears that mips is generally not well supported, so I think we should simply remove the mips64el binaries along with the obsolete llvm-toolchain-3.8 source and move on.
