It looks like package rsrce in Debian saw zero packaging activity in
the last 12 years and Debootloaders miBoot Maintainers Team in Debian
has been inactive for 10 years. As a result, I'm proposing to remove
package rsrce from Debian.
I will file an RM bug 21 days later. If any of the previous maintainer
has any ideas, please reply in this bug and we may have a discussion.
