Hi,

rspamd currently depends aganst libpcre3 which is deprecated.

libpcre3 package description states:
 New packages should use the newer pcre2 packages, and existing
 packages should migrate to pcre2.

rspamd also seems to support libpcre2, so it should maybe switch to
that new library?
