Package: neutron-common
Version: 2:13.0.1-6
When neutron-common is installed in interactive mode and option "create
endpoints" is TRUE , neutron common is creating project, service, users,
etc ... Neutron-common is using openstackclient to deal with this, problem
is that it is not installed. So , neutron common has to have dependency on
python3-openstackclient to fix this.
