Package: libicu63
Version: 63.1-4

The package currently contains this:

  Breaks: openttd (<< 1.8.0-2~)

But the version given there is too strict and doesn't really allow
#913509 to be fixed with an NMU which would have the version 1.8.0-1.1.

So please change the Breaks to this version:

  Breaks: openttd (<< 1.8.0-1.1~)

Now that Matthijs has uploaded 1.8.0-2, this is no more necessary.

Thanks, Matthijs!
