libmypaint-common and mypaint-data have become not co-installable in sid with
libmypaint 1.3.0-2 on April 3rd 2018. gimp depends on libmypaint-1.3.0,
which depends on libmypaint-common and design-desktop-graphics depends
on gimp and mypaint and thus is uninstallable.

This was fixed since release 3.0.9.
