Hi,
looks like the shim that you are shipping with runit-init because of #861536
does not provide /sbin/poweroff. This could be a problem because some high
level
(desktoppy) tools may shell out to poweroff instead of shutdown. One of these
is the incoming Elogind, but may be others around.
I think that provide a symlink as you already did with /sbin/reboot would do
the job.
